Do you have that nagging itch?
You know, that persistent, below-the-radar feeling that’s been there most of your life, that you were born for something more? That there’s something more you’re capable of being and doing that might just make your life – and the wider world – a better place?
Yeah, me too.
I was lucky. After a profound experience I was determined to find out what my something more is, so I knuckled down and did the work – and I found it! It’s made all the difference in the world. Now I have the deep satisfaction of living my something more every day and that pesky itch has finally been laid to rest.
Looking for home
For ages I’ve been searching for an easy way to create a gathering of sensitive, purposeful humans, so that we can explore these ideas and give ourselves the space, tools and support to grow into our something more.
And here it is
Something More is where I’m lucky enough to share my perspective on mindset, personal leadership and exploring a life that matters with you. It’s a place where we can inspire one another, build a trusting community, share our experiences and enjoy mind-expanding conversations.
Here you can tap into the knowledge I’ve gained over more than a decade of working as a psychotherapist and mindset trainer. You’ll learn techniques and access coaching prompts that can help you:
